Prof Talton democratizing public access to archives in South Africa

Professor Ben Talton, Director of the Moorland Spingarn Research Center at Howard University was in Tshwane, South Africa in February meeting with colleagues from the National Library of South Africa, the Thabo Mbeki Foundation, and the The Africa Institute. They are developing a framework for a partnership that will center our institutions' respective archives and democratizing public access to them.
